'Unstoppable' Lionel Messi ends 'desperate' goal search for PSG against Man City Lionel Messi's first PSG goal was the moment European football had been waiting for and the one Pep Guardiola knew was probably "unstoppable".
Following 7-a-side reunion, Arsenal ‘remain interested’ in luring Rangers’ Glen Kamara back to the club
Reports in the English media on Friday suggest that Premier League giants Arsenal remain interested in the signing of Rangers star Glen Kamara.
Finnish international Kamara lit up the Scottish football landscape once again this past season.
After initially making the move up north to join Dundee in 2017, the all-action midfielder’s impressive displays were quickly picked up on by giants Rangers.
In turn, the 25-year-old swapped the Kilmac Stadium for Ibrox a little over two years ago, and has since not looked back.
Kamara has established himself as an absolutely crucial cog at the heart of a fine Rangers side, which of course romped to the Scottish Premiership title under Steven Gerrard’s watch this season.
All told, the ex-Southend talent racked up 51 appearances across all competitions in 2020/21, notching two goals and two assists along the way.

Such impressive exploits on the part of the Rangers star, though, have not gone at all unnoticed back down south.
Kamara is actually a product of the Arsenal youth system, having been on the books of the Gunners for 5 years from 2012 to 2017.
Following a pair of loan spells away from north London, the midfielder was eventually allowed to depart on a permanent basis, without having made a single Premier League appearance.
Recent weeks, however, have seen speculation mount that Mikel Arteta and co. could move to lure Kamara back to his former stomping ground ahead of the fast-approaching new season.
Despite the arrival of Albert Sambi Lokonga from Anderlecht, Arsenal are known to remain on the lookout for reinforcements in the middle of the park.
This comes with Dani Ceballos having returned to Real Madrid following the expiration of his loan deal in North London, and Granit Xhaka expected to seal a move to AS Roma any day now.
In turn, a whole host of high-profile names have been tipped to make the move to the Emirates, with recent days having seen links with Wolves’ Ruben Neves reemerge.
As outlined above, though, this week, it has been suggested that Arsenal are ready to turn their attentions back towards Kamara.
As per a report from GiveMeSport, if a move for a more established continental performer cannot be secured, Mikel Arteta will sanction a swoop for Rangers’ midfield enforcer.
A rumoured price-tag of around £10 million would also make Kamara a considerably more affordable option than the likes of Neves.
Interestingly, fresh links between Arsenal and Kamara have arrived just days after the Finn linked up with an ex-teammate from his Gunners days, in the form of Alex Iwobi.
The one-time up-and-comers in North London joined the likes of Fikayo Tomori and current Arsenal talents Hubert Graczyk for a star-studded game of 7-a-side.
