Heading into this clash, it is Wolves who boast the better record in the pair’s recent meetings.
The duo have now faced off five times since Wolves promotion to the Premier League in 2018.
Wolves would come out on top in two of those ties with the remaining three clashes all ending as draws.
Nuno would hold his pre-Manchester United press conference on Tuesday.
During the presser, Nuno would speak about Diogo Jota.
The Portuguese winger has been a pivotal member of Wolves squad this year but he would miss their last two outings through injury, which he picked up vs Watford.
And Jota looks set to once again miss out on Wednesday with Nuno stating he is hopeful the 23-year-old can start running with the team next week:
Its going to be the same squad as the previous game (against United). Diogo had a scan yesterday and next week I think hell progress on the pitch. He can start his healing process, hes doing OK so hopefully he can start with us next week. Its important, the same as Boly, important, of course.
Hes been away a long time. We didnt expect it to be so serious, but hes healing OK so hopefully next week he can start running with the team. Then its about him progressing and getting better, so we can use him in competition. As quoted by Wolves official website.
